Pakasana Thounaojam, aged 61, is the esteemed Head of Human Resources for our company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kanpur, an LLB from the University of Pune, and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Air Force. Additionally, he has a Master’s degree in Computer Application from Indira Gandhi National Open University.

Pakasana served in the Indian Air Force from October 1980 to September 2006, retiring as a Warrant Officer. He was responsible for the MIG 29 Aircraft Engine section, handling operations, tarmac management, supervision, and maintenance of various aircraft systems (MIG-23 & MIG-29). He served the Indian Air Force during the Kargil War (1999) and Operation Parakram (2001-2002).

In January 2020, he retired from his role as an HR Generalist at Fortune Inn Exotica, a member of the ITC Hotel Group in Pune. During his tenure, he worked as an HR Manager and Cluster Training Coordinator for the Pune region.

Pakasana was appointed as the Head of Human Resources for our company on August 1, 2023. He is responsible for the HR and Legal affairs of our Company. Although he did not receive any remuneration in the Fiscal Year 2022-23, his contributions have been invaluable to our company.
